You can gauge the success of Messenger [ai] using the My Analytics screen. You can find it by clicking on the graph icon on the upper left side of the screen. This dashboard provides an overview of the performance of your software in the following areas:
- New clients
- Missed calls
- (The number of time the client) needed a human
And because the metrics shown here don't include bookings made from outside sources (such as Mindbody or your branded mobile app), you can be sure the numbers are solely drawn from your Messenger [ai] system. Give your bot a pat on the back for a job well done. 😊
The Metrics dashboard is divided by individual metric along the top. Your statistics for the last week are shown by default, but you can edit the time frame in the top right corner of the screen.
Selecting a metric opens the timeline and, if applicable, the conversation that led to a particular booking or purchase. You can then select it to open that conversation in the side panel. The graph on the timeline is interactive, and you can hover your mouse over each data point to see specific information.
