Mindbody

Once you've found a live streaming and hybrid class solution that will work for your business, you'll want to consult with a lawyer to find and create the appropriate and proper forms that your clients will need to sign.

Generally, a video liability release form of some kind is required when using someone else's image or voice in a video (which a live stream would probably fall under). Without a form like this, you can be sued, and end up having to take down your live stream video, blur the client's face, pay penalties and damages, and so on.

The reason you'll want to consult with a lawyer is because your local and state laws may or may not cover the type of recording you'll be doing and therefore the wording in your liability and release forms may also need to be different.
