ILKB First Class reservations made through High Level will have the confirmation emails sent out through that platform. If you are scheduling the ILKB First Class through mindbody, you will need to use the Advanced Registration screen to send the confirmation email.
- Click on your FIRST CLASS tab and click on Sign In button where you see availability
- From the Class Sign In page you need to click on Adv. Register button
- You will want to search for client being added to class. Once client is selected you will need to click on Make a single reservation, making sure that the box for Email client confirmation is checked.
